We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee operations during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for managing teams, ensuring punctual attendance, and supporting senior leadership in the stacking area.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams of staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure all team members arrive on time and are ready for duty
- Coordinate daily activities to keep operations running smoothly
- Provide clear direction and support to team members
- Act as a point of contact for staff during the shift
- Support the SCO in the stacking area as required
- Work towards assembling a static team in stacking area from pool of regular agency personnel
- Default to stacking area for normal activities / duties as part of the stacking team as agency team leader
- Maintain high standards of teamwork, communication, and accountability
Shift Pattern
3 days on / 3 days off on a rolling weekly basis.
Shift Times
Day shift: 6:30am β 6:30pm
Night shift: 6:30pm β 6:30am
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role
- Strong people-management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple team members efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
Pay Rate: Β£14.00 - Β£15.42.
