We are seeking an experienced Shift Coordinator to oversee operations during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for managing teams, ensuring punctual attendance, and supporting senior leadership in the stacking area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage teams of staff during assigned shifts.
  • Conduct shift handovers with night shift coordinator.
  • Coordinate daily activities to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Provide clear direction and support to team members.
  • Ensure that line stoppages are minimised.
  • Support the IFS in the stacking area as required, if there are any booking/label issues.
  • Maintain high standards of teamwork, communication, and accountability.

Shift Pattern: 3 days on / 3 days off on a rolling weekly basis.

Shift Times: Day shift: 7am – 7pm

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role.
  • Strong people-management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple team members efficiently.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-organised.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Pay Rate: £15.60 depending on experience
