About The Role
Kingdom Group, a key partner to Tesco, is expanding its Retail Security team across the Norwich area. We are looking for confident, professional, and reliable Security Officers to provide support across multiple store locations. This is a relief position, ideal for someone flexible and proactive, who can deliver a strong security presence while maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrolling stores to ensure the safety of customers and colleagues
- Acting as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
- Monitoring premises and responding to incidents
- Completing accurate reports and recording observations
- Working closely with Tesco staff to support daily operations
- Managing challenging situations calmly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Valid SIA Licence
- Full 5-year checkable work history
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, confident, and reliable approach
- Good attention to detail and sound judgement
- Previous security experience desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential

Additional Information
You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately. Pay is provided weekly (every Friday) via HIVE 360 Payroll Services. This role is initially on a temporary basis and not directly employed by Kingdom Service Group. There may be the opportunity in the future to transfer onto a permanent Kingdom contract.
