Kingdom Services Group have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment specialist to join the team as a Vacancy Coordinator. Where Head Office – Newton-le-Willows, WA12 area. When We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP. Hours 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 09.00 am pm. Salary £25,400.00 Per Annum.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate vacancies from start to finish
- Manage job advertising across multiple channels
- Keep communication flowing between candidates, managers, and the Engagement Centre
- Help design and deliver engaging recruitment content
- Maintain recruitment systems and databases
- Support internal recruitment, interviews, onboarding and Head Office inductions
- Produce reports and meaningful insights that drive improvements
- Help us continually improve and streamline how we hire
