Location: Kingdom Head Office, Newton-le-Willows
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Typical Hours: 09:00-17:00, or as required to meet the demands of the role

Kingdom is seeking an experienced and driven Compliance & Data Protection Manager to lead our Compliance Centre and safeguard the Group's compliance, accreditation, reputation and regulatory standing.
This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for Data Protection, Governance, Risk, Health & Safety, ESG, Audits, Accreditations, Quality Management Systems and Compliance Assurance across the Group.
You will be a trusted advisor to the business, driving continuous improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance and leading a culture where high standards are embedded into everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Governance
- Lead the Compliance Centre and deliver effective governance, assurance and compliance support across the Group.
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory change, implementing updates where required.
- Provide accurate management information and compliance reporting to support business decision-making.
Data Protection & GDPR
- Lead and maintain Group-wide GDPR compliance.
