Here at Kingdom Group, we are looking for an AI & Automation Specialist to help us improve how we work through intelligent automation and practical AI-enabled solutions. This is a hands-on role focused on building and implementing solutions that reduce manual work, improve accuracy and streamline processes across the organisation.
You will work with teams across the business to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and implement automation solutions that make day-to-day work simpler and more efficient. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape how a large operational organisation adopts automation and AI in a practical, real-world environment.
Pay: £40,000.00 per annum
Location: Newton-Le-Willows WA12
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Design and implement automation workflows that reduce manual tasks and streamline operations
- Support the introduction of AI-enabled tools that improve productivity and internal processes
- Work with teams across the organisation to understand operational challenges and develop practical solutions
- Connect systems and data sources to improve the flow of information across the business
- Build and maintain automation solutions supporting operational, financial and administrative processes
- Monitor and continuously improve automation solutions to ensure reliability and effectiveness
- Support the development of internal tools and AI assistants that help teams access information more easily
- Document solutions and support colleagues in adopting new automated processes
- Stay informed on emerging automation and AI technologies that could benefit the organisation
About You:
You are naturally curious about how technology can make work easier and more efficient. You enjoy analysing processes, solving problems and building practical solutions that deliver real improvements to the way people work. You may come from a background in automation, systems analysis, business process improvement, data or integration roles. We are particularly interested in candidates who have personally built or implemented automation solutions that improved a real business process.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
