Production and Warehouse operatives needed. Shift Pattern:
- Summer - Production Operatives: 07:30am to 5:30pm (4 days per week)
- Winter - Production Operatives: 07:30am to 5:30pm (5 days per week)
- Warehouse Operatives: 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm or 10pm to 6am
Pay Rates:
- Production/Warehouse Operatives Days: £12.71
- Production/Warehouse Operatives Nights: £13.71
- Overtime may be available during busy periods and is paid 150% of basic rate.

Role Description:
Various roles are available, including packing, production, loading, unloading duties and other warehouse operative tasks.
Main Responsibilities May Include:
- Packing cushions and quilts
- Feeding fibres and filings materials into textile covers on production lines
- Compressing finished products and packing/wrapping them according to customer orders
- Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently
- Working across different production lines
- Performing repetitive tasks throughout the day, with some roles requiring physical fitness and stamina due to the nature of the products
- Following health and safety procedures and maintaining high housekeeping standards
Additional opportunities may be available for candidates with experience or qualifications: Sewing, machine operation, licenced driving (VNA, FLT, reach truck).
