About The Role
We’re looking for a confident, people‑focused Contract Manager to represent the Kingdom brand across multiple Tesco sites. You’ll lead our teams, deliver exceptional security and customer service, and ensure every site operates safely, smoothly, and in line with contract expectations. Your Core Responsibilities
- Deliver all contract expectations to a high standard
- Proactively manage risk across your portfolio
- Ensure compliance with the Operations HOW Manual
- Meet customers monthly to review KPIs and action feedback
- Maintain green service status
- Own scheduling and ensure 100% manning
- Identify underperforming areas and lead improvement plans
- Conduct incident and accident investigations
- Manage 3rd‑party relationships
- Use MI data to drive improvements
- Control budgets for uniforms, training, and equipment
- Lead contract mobilisations and decommissions
- Support regional social value initiatives
- Report successes and complete performance appraisals
Leadership & People Management
- Recruit and retain high‑quality colleagues
- Build strong teams and encourage development
- Lead change and maintain compliance
- Manage disciplinary, grievance, and conflict situations
- Carry out snap site checks, including out‑of‑hours visits
Experience Needed
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar security management role
- Confident writing procedures, reports, and business cases
- Experience managing budgets
- Full UK driving licence
- Full 5‑year checkable work history
- Right‑to‑work compliance & credit check
Qualifications
- Relevant managerial qualifications
- Frontline SIA Licence (mandatory)
