About The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a Part‑Time Cleaning Supervisor working at the Port Office, Shore Road, Invergordon (IV18 0HD).
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations on site while maintaining their own designated cleaning area.
This position is ideal for someone with previous supervisory cleaning experience who can lead by example, maintain high standards, and support the development of cleaning staff.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and well‑presented while supporting the day‑to‑day management of cleaning activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the on‑site cleaning team.
- Conduct regular area inspections and quality audits.
- Deliver induction training and ongoing support for new starters.
- Manage and maintain cleaning supply stock levels.
- Complete cleaning stores and equipment orders when required.
- Ensure all cleaning activities are completed safely and to a high standard.
- Monitor compliance with company procedures and health & safety requirements.
- Liaise with management regarding site requirements and standards.

- Dusting and wiping surfaces.
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Cleaning internal glass, doors, and touchpoints.
- Cleaning and sanitising kitchens, toilets, and washroom facilities.
- Replenishing consumables including soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene standards throughout the site.
