Reporting To: Manufacturing & Industrial Manager

The Role - In Summary

  • Client Management – proactively manage day to day relationships with clients.
  • Candidate Registration, Interview & Selection.
  • Attract good quality applicants to Kingdom People maximising all methods of advertising and available resources.
  • Ensure all candidates are entered on to the Company CRM.
  • Investigate new clients, follow up all leads and gather market information.
  • Ensure all prospects meet division criteria and make regular business development calls to existing & potential clients, recording them on the Company CRM.
  • Promote yourself in a positive light utilising approved social media such as LinkedIn.
  • Develop good relationships with existing and new clients and candidates.
  • Attend client visits with the objective of promoting Kingdom People’s Recruitment Services.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities providing information and reports to the Snr/Consultant / Manager.
  • Ensure that client information is updated on the Company CRM.
  • Adhere to all ISO procedures and policies as documented in the Quality Manual.
  • Adhere to Company GDPR procedures and policies.
  • Ensure the completion of temporary payroll each week (temporary worker consultant only).
  • Attend site when required to support inductions, check ins, worker reviews, resource and planning and feedback meetings with client (temporary worker consultant only).
  • Cover out of hours phone, evening and weekends and occasionally onsite during busy periods or events (temporary worker consultant only).
  • Provide weekly statistics as required by Head Office.

Role Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing the actions of the day briefly updating management and ensuring that they are achieved.
  • Client management – proactively manage day to day relationships with clients, setting the example by regularly updating clients, not allowing clients to become lapsed, endeavouring to fill each vacancy and bring on new vacancies.
  • Thorough and effective candidate interviewing and selection with correct documentation and certification always obtained, ensuring all contractors/workers are registered with the right contracts and clients issued with the correct terms of business.
  • Supporting with the training and development of new Recruitment Consultants and providing day to day guidance.
  • Attract good quality applicants to Kingdom People maximising all methods of advertising and available resources. Ensure all candidate calls are recorded on our CRM as best practice.
  • Proactively investigate new clients, follow up all leads and gather market information.
  • Ensure all prospects meet our ideal client profile and conduct regular business development outreach to existing and potential clients, recording them on the Company CRM.
  • Setting the example by following up leads and supporting Recruitment Consultants with their calls and call reviews.
  • Promote yourself and the company in a positive light to clients and candidates alike utilising approved social media such as LinkedIn.
  • Attend client visits with the objective of promoting Kingdom People’s recruitment services.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities providing relevant information and reports to the Branch.
  • It is an expectation that a Senior Consultant will be on target whilst striving to do more.
  • Be a proactive contributor to the business plan and actions required to achieve it.
  • Ensure that client information is always up to date on the company CRM as best practice.
  • Adhere to all ISO procedures and policies as documented in the Quality Manual.
  • Adhere to Company GDPR procedures and policies.
  • Ensure the completion of temporary payroll each week (temporary worker consultant only).
  • Cover out of hours phone, evening and weekends and occasionally onsite during busy periods or events (temporary worker consultant only).
  • Ensuring that any reporting or weekly statistics are completed efficiently with minimum fuss/conversation so that they don’t become a distraction to core tasks.

Compliance & Best Practice

  • Support all relevant statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Comply with any HOW we do business process manual/s relevant to role.
  • Promote the use, optimisation, and centralisation of all Kingdom Centres to ensure best-practice execution across the group.
