Production Operative in Havant

We're currently recruiting for a Production Assembler / Production Operative £13.58 to join a busy and well-established Hand Assembly team based in Farlington/ Portsmouth. This is a great opportunity for someone with assembly or manufacturing experience who enjoys precise, hands-on work in a structured production environment.

This role plays a key part in maintaining high quality standards and would suit a candidate who is comfortable carrying out repetitive assembly and inspection of identical small components, while working to defined procedures and industry standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hand assembling connectors and small components
• Completing repetitive assembly and inspection tasks to specification
• Carrying out first-off and last-off inspections
• Performing quality check patrolling during production runs
• Ensuring all work meets quality and specification standards
• Working in line with EN9100 requirements and standard operating procedures
• Supporting additional production duties where required, including packing

What We're Looking For

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Experience working with small components and fine hand assembly
• Ability to carry out repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
• A reliable, dedicated approach to work
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Able to follow structured processes and quality systems (EN9100 experience desirable)
