We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining high standards across a variety of sites.
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for the upkeep and presentation of outdoor spaces across residential, commercial, and public areas in and around Havant.
Responsibilities:
- Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers
- Hedge trimming and shrub maintenance
- Weed control and general grounds upkeep
- Leaf clearance and litter picking
- Planting and seasonal maintenance tasks
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
- Basic equipment maintenance and daily vehicle checks
