About The Role
Kingdom Group has a great opportunity for a Concierge Security Officer to join our team at a supported living site in the Grays area. This is a full-time night shift role where you will act as the first point of contact while maintaining a safe, secure, and well-managed environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Signing visitors in and out of the building
- Conducting hourly patrols to ensure site safety and security
- Monitoring CCTV and recording relevant activity
- Completing visual inspections to ensure health and safety compliance, including fire procedures
- Reporting out-of-hours emergency repairs
- Assisting with contractor access and monitoring
- Completing concierge checklists and maintaining accurate records
- Providing detailed handovers to day staff
- Completing incident reports where required
- Reporting significant issues to on-call staff or supervisors
What We’re Looking For
- Valid SIA Licence (or currently in the process of applying)
- Full 5-year checkable work history
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, calm, and reliable approach
- Good attention to detail and sound judgement
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
- Own transport preferred
