Kingdom Group is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on role for a proven recruiter who enjoys building client relationships, developing new business, and supporting the development of recruitment colleagues. Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop existing client accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Deliver a full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
- Support, coach, and mentor Recruitment Consultants, sharing best practice and market knowledge
- Plan and manage daily recruitment activity to meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and recruitment databases
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events to promote Kingdom People
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business strategy
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with statutory, regulatory, and company requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment with a strong billing or performance track record
- Confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Leadership qualities with the ability to coach, mentor, and support others
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills and a high standard of written and spoken English
- A full UK driving licence
- The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
