Kingdom Group is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on role for a proven recruiter who enjoys building client relationships, developing new business, and supporting the development of recruitment colleagues. If you’re commercially driven, people‑focused, and ready to take the next step in your recruitment career, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop existing client accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Deliver a full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
- Support, coach, and mentor Recruitment Consultants, sharing best practice and market knowledge
- Plan and manage daily recruitment activity to meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and recruitment databases
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events to promote Kingdom People
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business strategy
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with statutory, regulatory, and company requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment with a strong billing or performance track record
- Confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Leadership qualities with the ability to coach, mentor, and support others
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills and a high standard of written and spoken English
- A full UK driving licence
- The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
