Bupa Campus in Staines is a first-of-its-kind facility, designed to promote learning, innovation and build world-class skills for UK healthcare workers. Front of House is essentially the face and voice of Bupa and is extremely important within the business. They always seem to have the solution for problems that crop up at the most inconvenient of times. A great Front of House team member can think fast, solve complications, and ensure that staff and customers feel that they're in good hands. They can handle challenging phone calls and make sure that meeting room bookings, car parking and day-to-day operations remain on track, keeping on top of everything that helps the business run smoothly. You can rely on the Front of House team for their flexibility and ability to adapt to new situations. While many employees focus solely on their own responsibilities, Front of House interacts with people across the entire organisation and becomes involved with all departments. They know how to remain calm under pressure and can confidently manage multiple requests at the same time without becoming flustered.
