Shift Patterns & Enhanced Pay

- The Early Shift: 07:00 am to 03:30 pm | Rate: £12.71 per hour
- The Late Shift: 03:15 pm to 11:45 pm | Rate: £13.98 per hour (Premium rate applied to all hours worked after 6:00 pm)
