What’s the role all about? As a Spot Welder Operative, you’ll be responsible for operating resistance welding equipment to manufacture precision components in line with production and quality standards. This is a hands‑on role where attention to detail, consistency and quality are key. You’ll work closely with production and quality teams to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to specification.

Key responsibilities
  • Operate resistance welding machinery and associated production equipment
