Are you an experienced Spot Welder Operative or Production Operative with a background in manufacturing or engineering? Do you enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery and producing high-quality components within a fast-paced production environment? We’re supporting a specialist manufacturing business that is looking to recruit a Spot Welder Operative to join their production team.

What’s the role all about? As a Spot Welder Operative, you’ll be responsible for operating resistance welding equipment to manufacture precision components in line with production and quality standards. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, consistency and quality are key. You’ll work closely with production and quality teams to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to specification.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate resistance welding machinery and associated production equipment
  • Manufacture components in line with engineering drawings and work instructions
  • Carry out visual inspections and quality checks on finished products
  • Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications
  • Support production targets and delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
