The position involves working in a clean room environment, assisting in the manufacturing and production of contact lenses. You will work with state-of-the-art machinery, overseeing the process from raw material loading to quality checking and fault-finding on machines. Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred, but full training will be provided and ongoing support is guaranteed.
Role DetailsThe role operates on a four on, four off rotating shift pattern, meaning you work only 6 months of the year. Night shifts are available, running from 7pm to 7am, with three paid breaks and a half-hour unpaid lunch break. The pay rate for night shifts is £16.03 per hour.
