Kingdom Group have a great opportunity for a Concierge Security Officer to join the team, working at a supported living site in the Exeter, EX4 area.
Where: Exeter, EX4 area.
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: On average 42+ hours per week, shifts as per site rota, 4 On 4 Off nights.
Shift patterns: 22:00-08:00

About the role:
- To act as first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Signing visitors in/out of building
- Ensuring the security of clients and the project is maintained by completing hourly patrols and recording appropriately, by monitoring CCTV and completing notes and clients and visitors movements
- Completing visual inspections of the property and make notes to ensure health and safety requirements and maintained including fire procedures
- To report any out of hours emergency repairs
- Assist with access and monitoring of contractors
- To complete concierge check lists and feedback and record any relevant information in communication book and handover to day shift staff
- Complete incident reports if required
- Report any significant client issues to on call staff/supervisor
About you:
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
- A valid SIA licence or be in the process of applying for one
- A full five-year checkable employment history
- An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role
- Own transport is preferred
