Environmental Enforcement Officer – Kingdom Services Group Ltd
We’re recruiting a key Environmental Enforcement Officer whose responsibilities include maintaining public health and safety by enforcing environmental laws and regulations.

Hours & Pay
- Hours: 40‑50 hours per week, shifts on 5 days out of 7, 07:00 – 15:00.
- Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Enforce environmental regulations and local by‑laws related to littering, fly‑tipping, graffiti, waste management, noise pollution, and other concerns.
- Patrol assigned areas to detect violations and ensure compliance with environmental laws.
- Investigate reports of environmental offenses from the public and respond promptly to complaints.
- Issue fixed penalty notices (FPNs) and citations for non‑compliance.
- Prepare and serve legal documents, including warning notices and fines, as per local law.
- Conduct follow‑up visits to ensure compliance and take further action when necessary.
- Gather evidence, interview witnesses and prepare case files for illegal dumping, abandoned vehicles and unlawful waste disposal.
- Use surveillance equipment, including cameras, to monitor and collect evidence of environmental crimes.
- Report findings to senior management and collaborate with legal teams to pursue prosecutions.
- Prepare case files and attend court proceedings, presenting evidence as required.
- Communicate information clearly and concisely to ensure understanding.
- Adapt to changing situations and diverse working environments.
- Participate in training courses to gain insight into duties, legislation, communication and interaction aspects, earning a recognised qualification in environmental awareness.
- Possess a valid Tarnsport and a FULL UK licence.
