Overview
Enhanced Retail Security Officer role at Kingdom Services Group Ltd is a key opportunity. Kingdom Services Group are a key partner to Morrisons Supermarkets, and we have a great opportunity for an Enhanced Security Officer to join our team. Coverage across stores in East of Scotland from Edinburgh to Inverness; support outside of this base region may be requested to support the client.
Hours: On average 50 hours per week, various days/shifts as per site rotas. Monday - Sunday, with every other weekend off.
Salary: £34,632.00 per annum.

About the Role
- Supporting with the training and development of new officers and the existing teams.
- First point of contact for Kingdom Security Officers in the area.
- Working closely with the local police and crime hubs gathering intel on prolific shoplifters in the area.
- Targeting top incident/shrink locations in the area.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
- Reducing shrink/stock loss.
- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements.
- Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.
- Supporting the Contract Manager in their role.
About You
- A valid DS SIA Licence.
- Full UK Manual Clean Driving License.
- Have the ability to manage conflict in a balanced and professional manner.
- Knowledge and experience of A.S.C.O.N.E & PACE.
- A full five-year checkable employment history.
