About The Role
Looking for a part-time role where you can make a real difference in your community? Kingdom Local Authority Support is recruiting Environmental Enforcement Officers in Frensham to help tackle environmental crime and maintain clean, safe public spaces. This is a hands-on outdoor role where you’ll be on patrol, engaging with the public, and helping to uphold environmental standards across the area.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Patrolling local areas to identify environmental offences
- Enforcing regulations relating to littering, fly-tipping, and waste management
- Issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) and conducting follow-ups
- Investigating incidents and gathering evidence
- Responding to complaints from members of the public
- Preparing case files and supporting legal proceedings where required
- Using surveillance equipment when necessary
- Promoting compliance through public engagement and education
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Professional and calm when dealing with the public
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Flexible approach, including weekend and bank holiday working
- Previous enforcement, security, or customer-facing experience (desirable)
