Salary : £12.21 per hour | Hours : Average 35-45 per week | Location : Edinburgh, EH8 area

About the Role:
As a Retail Security Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping both customers and staff safe. Your responsibilities will include:
- Patrolling and monitoring the store to maintain a secure environment
- Acting as a visible deterrent against theft or other incidents
- Completing detailed reports of observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- Responding calmly and professionally to any challenging situations
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure customer and team needs are met
Working hours:
This role requires availability for the following shifts: Thursday: 11:00–22:00/ Friday: 10:30–22:00/ Saturday: 10:30–22:00/ Sunday: 08:00–20:00

About you:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Professional, observant, and able to exercise good judgment
- Confident in communication and excellent at providing customer service
- Experienced in a security role (desirable, not essential)
- Holding a valid SIA Licence (or in the process of obtaining one)
- Able to provide a full five-year checkable employment history
- Own transport is preferred
