E-Commerce Supervisor

Position: Shift B E-Commerce Supervisor

Location: Manchester, Trafford Park

Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 9am-9pm

Salary: £12.59 per hour

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

Department: E-Commerce

Reports to: Shift Manager

Key Accountabilities:

• Drive department growth through regular performance updates.

• Report on targets to team members and superiors daily or as requested.

• Ensure that the web team is meeting daily targets and achieving goals.

• Collaborate with the Shift Manager to review and implement the web team\’s KPIs.

• Monitor and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SSOW).

• Resolve any issues within the E-Commerce department.

• Facilitate communication between departments.

• Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and ensure legal compliance.

• Provide management holiday cover in the above areas.

• Monitor compliance with the Health and Safety (H&S) policy.

Expertise Match:

• Strong leadership and team building skills.

• Proven warehouse management experience.

Skills Match:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Good IT knowledge.

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Key Skills:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Effective time management.

• Understanding of the importance of overtime, especially during peak periods.

• Flexibility to work on any day and shift throughout the week, including weekends.
