Key Responsibilities
- Forklift Operations: Safely using a Counterbalance FLT to move raw materials, large moulds, and palletised finished products.
- Regional B2B Driving: Operating company vehicles for professional site-to-site transfers and business deliveries.
- Delivery Routes: Regular runs to Southampton, Romsey, Chichester, and Yapton (No residential or public-facing work).
- Production Support: Supplying the moulding department with materials to meet production targets.
- Precision Handling: Loading and unloading technical components with care to ensure zero damage.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licences: Must hold a valid, accredited Counterbalance Forklift licence and a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing, plastics, or industrial environment is highly desirable.
- Reliability: Someone looking for a stable, long-term role who can commit to early starts (approx. 06:00).
