An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Security Officer to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, working at a supported living accommodation site in Bexhill, TN39 area.

Hours: On average 40+ hours per week, shifts as per site rota. 4 on 4 off, Monday to Sunday 21:00 – 07:30.
Pay rate: £12.45 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and role-relevant tasks may be added:
- Providing a safe work environment and reducing loss.
- Sharing pro-active information.
- Being aware of location layout, hot spots, high-value and vulnerable areas, and raising concerns.
- Recording and escalating incidents appropriately.
- Collaborating with local police and safety initiatives, sharing intelligence, and relaying evidence professionally.
- Reacting promptly to incidents, handling them per guidelines, and reporting correctly.
- Investigating incidents and implementing remedial actions within agreed timeframes.
About You
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional approach with good judgment and attention to detail.
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
- A valid SIA DS licence.
- A full five-year checkable employment history.
- Willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS, paid for by Kingdom.
