Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Security Officer to join Kingdom Services Group, working at various sites in the Bristol area, including Nailsea (BS48).

On average 48 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Wednesday Days 06:30β18:30. Thursday Nights 18:30β06:30.

Responsibilities
- Act as an initial point of contact.
- Ensure overall safety and security of the premises.
- Respond to faults within the premises as discovered.
- Monitor access to the premises and visitors.
- Meet the requirements of health and safety policies and practices.
- Report incidents.
- Effective recording of information.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery.
- Advise management promptly of any signs of problems or concerns.
- Report repairs to maintenance contractors using appropriate systems.
- Patrol internal and external areas.
Person Specification
- A valid SIA Licence.
- Own transport required.
- A full five year checkable employment history.
- Industry experience and background.
- Reliable.
- Willingness to be flexible in working hours.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
- Able to produce effective reports and maintain effective records.
- An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach.
