Kingdom Services Group are one of the largest privately ran businesses within the UK. As recognised pioneers of innovation in the Security industry, we are driven to explore new ways of working and fresh approaches to progression within the support services market. Due to continued growth within the business, we are expanding our National Command Centre and are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic person to join our team as a Colleague Monitoring & Support Operator, supporting this essential function to the business. This is a busy role where no two days are the same!
If you have previous monitoring/scheduling or control room experience, great. If not, if you have experience of working within a fast-paced customer service environment, think logically and are able to gather and relay information accurately then this could be the role for you!
Where: Our Head Office based in Newton-le-Willows (WA12 area)
Hours: On average 42 hours per week. 4 On 4 Off day, shifts as per rota. 06.00am - 18.00pm.
Salary: Β£13.00 per hour

- Colleague Attendance, Absence, Safety monitoring and escalation

- Raising purchase orders against an approved supplier list
- Performance management and reporting
- Customer & Business Management Information & Administration

What do we need from you?
- Experience within a fast-paced customer service environment (Call centre / control centre)
- Excellent IT skills and competent using different types of operational systems
- A thorough and methodical approach to your work, maintaining attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise workloads and manage your time effectively and efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and clients
