We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver to join a well‑established and growing business based in Chichester. Key Responsibilities
- General warehouse duties including handling, packing, and dispatch
- Assisting with deliveries and collections from local companies
- Maintaining accurate distribution and stock records
- Identifying and reporting damaged or incorrect goods
- Supporting retail packaging and order preparation
- Ensuring the warehouse is clean, safe, and organised
- Operating equipment including a counterbalance forklift and stacker
- Supporting stock management, audits, and stock level control
- Working closely with internal teams to maintain stock accuracy
- Assisting with stock data processing (goods in/out)
- Preparing shipping documentation

- Following all health & safety procedures
- Contributing to a safe and efficient working environment
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (or willingness to train)
- Full UK Driving Licence – essential
- Willingness to travel locally for deliveries/collections
- Experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- Ability to carry out manual handling/heavy lifting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisation and time management skills
- A proactive and reliable team player
