About The Role
Kingdom Group, a key partner to Tesco, is looking for confident, professional, and reliable Retail Security Relief Officers to support Tesco stores in the Catterick Garrison area. This is a flexible, multi-site role where you will provide a strong and visible security presence, helping to maintain a safe, secure, and customer-focused environment within Tesco stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrolling Tesco stores to ensure the safety of customers and colleagues
- Acting as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
- Monitoring premises and responding to incidents
- Completing accurate reports and recording observations
- Supporting Tesco colleagues with store security requirements
- Managing challenging situations calmly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Door Supervisor SIA Licence
- Driving licence preferred
- Full 5-year checkable work history
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, confident, and reliable approach
- Good attention to detail and sound judgement
- Previous security experience desirable but not essential
- Flexibility to work across shifts as required
