About the Role

Kingdom Group Ltd seeks an experienced security sales professional to drive growth across the Midlands. This field-based role focuses on winning and developing front-line security contracts, including manned guarding, mobile patrols, and integrated security solutions for commercial and public-sector clients. You’ll deliver substantial new business revenue through strategic, high-value contracts, working closely with operational teams to ensure smooth mobilisation, retention, and long‑term profitability. This role suits someone who understands security sales realities — including contract mobilisation, TUPE, margin control, and service delivery risk — and can convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • High‑Value Security Sales: Secure new business and grow accounts with ÂŁ5M+ revenue targets, focusing on medium‑to‑large contracts
  • Client Leadership: Build trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers, delivering service‑led solutions that maximise retention
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, competitors, and opportunities to strengthen Kingdom’s position
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute plans aligned with growth objectives
  • Lead & Inspire: Coach and motivate sales and operational teams to exceed targets
  • Performance Management: Own KPIs, pipeline, and results
  • Culture & Collaboration: Promote high‑performance, professional culture
  • Risk & Succession Management: Address client challenges and build sustainable pipelines

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in selling manned guarding, mobile patrols, or integrated security services to B2B/public‑sector clients
  • Strong understanding of contract mobilisation, TUPE, service delivery, and margin management
  • Confident senior‑level negotiator with directors, estates teams, and procurement
  • Results‑driven with a focus on multi‑million‑pound revenue targets
  • Strong presenter, influencer, and relationship builder
  • Commercially and strategically minded, with ability to identify opportunities and manage risk
  • Technically competent with CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Compliance‑focused and process‑driven
