An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager - Health & Social Care to join Kingdom. Are you looking for a genuine opportunity to take your recruitment or sales career to another level? We are looking at you to be the driving force behind our growth in our Health & Social Care division.

Based in our bright modern offices in Brighton, you’ll focus on building strong new client partnerships in the private Health & Social Care sector across the UK, where our teams supply support workers, care assistants and nurses to homes, shelters and centres. At Kingdom People, we’ll give you the full backing, tools and opportunities to make a real impact while being fully rewarded and supported every step of the way.

Location: Brighton (South Coast remit)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30am-17:30PM

Salary: £60,000 - £73,000 per annum

Your job will be to:

  • Identify and create new opportunities in the Health & Social Care market.
  • Build lasting client relationships through meetings, proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate agreements that work for both clients and Kingdom People.
