Location: Tesco Brigg, DN20 8AT

Pay: £13.47 per hour / Weekly Pay (every Friday)

Hours: 0–48 hours per week

Shifts: 10:00–18:00, 14:00–22:00, plus various (weekend availability required)

Requirement: Must have a valid SIA Licence

About The Role

We are expanding our Retail Security team and are seeking confident, professional, and reliable Security Officers to join us in a relief cover role, supporting store operations where needed. This position is ideal for someone flexible and proactive, who can provide a strong security presence while maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrolling stores to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and the premises
  • Acting as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
  • Monitoring premises and responding to incidents
  • Completing accurate reports and recording observations
  • Working closely with Tesco staff to support daily operations
  • Managing challenging situations calmly and professionally

  • Valid SIA Licence
  • Full 5-year checkable work history
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, confident, and reliable approach
  • Good attention to detail and sound judgement
  • Previous security experience desirable but not essential
  • Flexibility to work early, late, and weekend shifts

Additional Information

You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately. Pay is provided weekly (every Friday) via HIVE 360 Payroll Services. This role is initially on a temporary basis and not directly employed by Kingdom Service Group. There may be the opportunity in the future to transfer onto a permanent Kingdom contract.
