An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a Cleaning Supervisor at our client's modern corporate offices and training complex, situated on Ramsden Dock. You'll lead a team of 5 across a 4-building campus, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in offices, kitchens, canteens, toilets, and meeting rooms. This is a hands-on role where your leadership and attention to detail will make a real difference.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years cleaning experience
- Previous experience supervising an onsite cleaning team (desirable)
- A 'can-do' attitude and excellent organisational skills
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good timekeeping and reliability
