We are recruiting for a well-established manufacturer based in the Portsmouth area, supplying high-quality products to a range of industries. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our production team with the addition of reliable and detail-oriented Hand Assembly Operatives.
The Role
As a Hand Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products or components by hand to precise specifications. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll ensure that each item is completed to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed hand assembly of small components
- Follow written instructions, drawings, or diagrams accurately
- Conduct basic quality checks during and after assembly
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Work efficiently to meet daily targets
