The role is permanent, based in Andover, Hampshire, working Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Friday 08:30 – 15:30. The role is paying £25,691, rising to £26,450 after successful completion of probation.
As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a team to support the production of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). You will carry out a range of hands-on production tasks including hand soldering, machine operation, testing and supporting final builds. Your role will help ensure products are completed efficiently, to the highest quality standards, and on schedule.
You Will Need:
- Previous experience in a production, assembly or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail with a ‘Right First Time’ mindset
- Manual dexterity and use of fine motor skills
- Flexible and willing to learn new tasks across production areas
- Computer literate with good communication skills
