With a strong pipeline of secured work and ambitious growth plans, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of projects and contribute to the successful delivery of major construction schemes. You will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account, while working collaboratively with operational, design, and pre-construction teams.

- Commercial management of construction projects from inception through to completion.
- Preparation, management, and reporting of project budgets and cost forecasts.
- Identification and management of commercial risks and opportunities.
- Preparation and agreement of interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Monitoring project cash flow and financial performance.
- Supporting the preparation of Employers Requirements and Contractors Proposals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, funders, and supply chain partners.
- Working closely with operational teams to achieve project objectives.
- Supporting and mentoring Assistant Quantity Surveyors where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of JCT forms of contract.
- Experience managing commercial functions on construction projects.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience across residential, hotel, commercial, industrial, or refurbishment sectors.
