We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Quality Administrator to join our growing Quality Team in Fareham. You will be at the heart of ensuring our quality processes run smoothly, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping drive operational excellence across the business. What you will be doing:
- Managing accurate record-keeping processes to support key quality initiatives and KPI reporting.
- Maintaining compliant, accessible, and up-to-date QMS records using company scanning and document management systems.
- Monitoring external documentation for revisions and ensuring updates are captured and implemented.
- Supporting the update of internal processes and procedures through workflow mapping.
- Assisting with customer assessments, audits, and questionnaires.
- Providing administrative support for FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports).
- Compiling, analysing, and reviewing KPI metrics and quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting periodic performance reviews and contributing to action plans that close operational gaps.
- Collaborating across departments and attending cross-functional meetings to support continuous quality improvement.
- Helping drive efficiencies by supporting process improvement initiatives across the organisation.
