Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator with great IT skills? Ideally, you will be experienced with using Sage. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes pride in getting the details right, and wants to be part of a team that values accuracy. This is a 9-month contract which could go permanent with a salary of up to £26,000.

The Role:

  • Process end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure payroll is processed efficiently and in line with statutory obligations and internal procedures.
  • Carry out manual payroll calculations where required, including adjustments, deductions and statutory payments.
  • Respond to payroll queries in a clear, friendly and timely manner.
  • Upload pension calculations and submissions for a range of pension providers.
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Assist the wider payroll team with administrative tasks, deadlines and process improvements where needed.
