Telesales Executive Corby
Base Salary: £24,500 + Guaranteed Commission of £400/month (for the first 6 months)
Monday to Friday – 37.5h per week
The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential business customers over the phone, identifying their needs, and offering solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ambition to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to generate leads and opportunities
- Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships with existing accounts
- Understand and assess business needs to propose suitable services
- Present and promote products and solutions confidently and persuasively
- Close deals effectively and consistently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven outbound telesales or B2B sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- A team-player mindset with the drive to succeed
