The successful candidate will play a key role in securing major public-sector and framework opportunities, turning complex technical and commercial information into compelling, compliant submissions. The role offers the opportunity to work on projects with tangible community impact across sectors including education, housing, highways and public facilities.
Performance Objectives:
- Achieve a tender win rate of 70%+ by value within 12 months, producing high-quality, fully compliant PQQ, ITT and framework responses.
- Lead end-to-end bid production for 812 major opportunities annually, coordinating technical, commercial and operational contributors.
- Improve average bid quality scores by 15% year-on-year through strong win themes, relevant case studies and client-focused narratives.
- Develop and maintain a reusable library of 50+ high-quality method statements, CVs and social-value evidence, reducing future bid production time by approximately 20%.
- Identify and qualify two suitable public-sector or framework opportunities per quarter, aligned with organisational strategy and representing significant pipeline potential.
- Coach operational contributors to ensure 90% deliver first-draft content on time and to the required standard.
