Working alongside the Head Gardener, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional garden maintenance across a portfolio of high-quality gardens. You'll help organise daily workloads, support and mentor fellow gardeners, and ensure every garden is maintained to the highest standards.
- Supporting the Head Gardener with the day-to-day running of garden maintenance projects.
- Leading by example with exceptional horticultural standards and professionalism.
- Taking ownership of garden visits when required, ensuring planned works are completed efficiently.
- Understanding individual client requirements and seasonal maintenance programmes.
- Using scheduling software to manage workloads and keep records up to date.
Previous experience within professional garden maintenance is essential, along with strong horticultural knowledge and a genuine passion for gardening. A keen eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work is also required, as well as a full UK driving licence.
