Are you experienced in GMP manufacturing and quality documentation, with a strong eye for detail and compliance? If so, this Quality Compliance Assistant role could be a great opportunity. This Quality Compliance position is based in Petersfield. The working hours are Monday to Friday 7am-3pm. The role is paying a competitive salary based on experience. This is a 6 month FTC.
As the Batch Record Reviewer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness and compliance of mass and finished goods batch records for both OTC and non-OTC products. You'll review manufacturing documentation in line with GMP and GDP requirements, identifying errors, omissions or deviations and working with production and quality teams to resolve them. A key part of your role will be ensuring batch records are inspection ready, supporting timely release processes and maintaining high standards of data integrity across all documentation.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets regulatory expectations and site quality standards. You'll also support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues in batch records and helping to strengthen processes and compliance behaviours across the site.
- Experience in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment, ideally within quality or batch record review
- Confident communication skills with the ability to work across production and quality teams
- SAP experience would be an advantage
