The Role
You will work within the assembly department and be responsible for the production and assembly of Electronic components. You main duties will include
- Soldering of components and working with potting compounds in line with SOPs
- Light assembly of components to meet production deadlines
- Inform Quality Manager of any non-conformances and any process improvements to aid assembly
- Undertake training in other areas including the potential of welding
- Establish a quality emphasis
- Ensure work area is tidy and maintained
