Join a thriving and well established manufacturer as a Setter, where you\’ll take on a key role in the efficient setup and operation of injection moulding machinery. Working with Boy, Haitian, Krauss and Negri machines, you\’ll ensure smooth tool changes, accurate machine settings and minimal downtime to support high quality production. This is a hands on position where your attention to detail and technical know how will help reduce scrap, maintain output and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts across the department.
The role operates on a rotating shift pattern of 6:30–15:00 one week and 14:30–23:00 the next week. While this is not a supervisory position, the company values those who can share knowledge and support colleagues, particularly newer team members with less experience. A strong understanding of injection moulding is essential, and while three years\’ experience is preferred, candidates with slightly less may still be considered if they can demonstrate the right skills and work ethic.
