Are you an experienced Receptionist who is very well organised, approachable and professional?
You will provide an excellent front-of-house service and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
You will be based on the outskirts of Preston ( car owner preferred) and there is an hourly rate of £13.50.
This is a 3 month contract so you will need to be available to start this role from 1st September.
As the first point of contact for callers and visitors, you will represent the business professionally whilst providing reliable administrative and workplace support to colleagues.
The Role
Answer incoming business calls and transfer or distribute enquiries to the appropriate person or department.
Welcome visitors, manage the signing-in process and issue visitor badges.
Manage meeting-room bookings and ensure rooms are ready when required.
Arrange taxis for employees and visitors.
Maintain a professional, welcoming and tidy front-of-house area.
Report maintenance issues and defects promptly to the appropriate site contact.
Keep the kitchen presentable and ensure essential supplies are regularly replenished and ordered.
Prepare and distribute the weekly Executive Movements Sheet.
Sort incoming post and scan or distribute it to recipients.
Process outgoing post using the franking machine.
