This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, experience working with small components, and a commitment to maintaining exceptional quality standards.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in assembling and inspecting precision components, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves repetitive, detail-focused tasks and requires both teamwork and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hand assembling of connectors
  • Quality check patrolling
  • First-off and last-off product inspection
  • Ensuring all work meets required specifications
  • Working to EN9100 standards
  • Assisting with additional tasks such as packing, when required
