This Sprinkler Remedials Estimator position is based in Gillingham . The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:3017:00 . The role is permanent and paying up to Β£55,000 depending on experience , with an excellent benefits package. As the Sprinkler Remedials Estimator , you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of remedial fire sprinkler projects across commercial, industrial and retail environments. You'll review service reports, site surveys and technical documentation to identify remedial works, preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations that comply with LPC Rules, BS EN 12845 and other relevant industry standards. Working closely with the Design, Projects and Service teams, you'll ensure remedial solutions are technically compliant, commercially competitive and aligned with customer requirements. You'll also liaise directly with clients and contractors, undertake occasional site visits and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery. Previous experience within the fire sprinkler industry, ideally in an estimating, design or project management role Strong technical knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and industry standards, including LPC Rules and BS EN 12845 Strong commercial awareness with the ability to prepare accurate estimates and quotations Full UK driving licence ?
