The Client

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing social housing contractor based in Warrington, who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support their Multiple Social Housing New Build Projects across Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire. This is a great opportunity to join a stable business with a strong pipeline of work across the North West.

The Role

  • Managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects, including:
  • New Build Housing
  • Internal & external refurbishments
  • Kitchen and bathroom replacements
  • Cost control and commercial reporting
  • Preparing and agreeing valuations
  • Managing subcontractor accounts
  • CVRs and final accounts
  • Procurement and cost forecasting
  • Working closely with operational teams to maximise project performance

The Client

My client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a social housing environment, ideally with:

  • Proven experience as a Project / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor within Speculative or Social housing
  • Strong knowledge of Residential
  • Commercially astute and detail-focused
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
